Extremely accommodating staff, prime location. The rooms were spotless and we had a great stay. In the heart of the city, very convenient.

Every morning the women/men at the front desk were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfest was excellent.

The beds were very comfortable . Free breakfast was a bonus. It was a quiet area. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The hot tub had a very strong chemical odor couldn't use it because of that. Our room was right next to elevator which was noisy at times. Breakfast would be better if it had gluten free options available. The towels at the pool were to small.

I liked the location and comfort
My 1 year old son found a pill under the bed. He was just about to put it in his mouth when my 5 year old daughter noticed and took it from him. I'm not sure if I was aspirin (there was no writing on it) or what else it could be. Very scary to think what could have happened had he swallowed it.

I liked that it was clean and near shopping centers.staff could have been more friendly though. My reservation was for 2 adults an 2 kids and they didnt have me down for that in there computer but I did have the email to confirm it. Disappointed because it took longer an then had to get more towels

We booked this hotel because it had a pool and hot tub... When we checked in went to use the spa but was not working.

Someone needs to clean the tracks around the windows. Otherwise very clean

Very comfortable enjoyed our stay.
Wish there was more parent supervision at the pool. Very surprised on how many children at the pool without parents. At times got out of control.

We usually stay at the grand hotel but the past times its over populated, and can be a little pricey. Here the pillows and beds were so soft the staff were very freindly and the complimentary breakfast was great befor the pooltime!! My family will definatly be back. Oh yea free coffee all day long!!

Staff went above and beyond for my sister who got food poisoning while out to dinner..very accommodating to both of us..
